Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Head of Commercial to join our dynamic team based in Palma. An experienced professional who will, in coordination with the Commercial Director, manage and lead the team to implement the company's strategy and achieve the growth and expansion of our company.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and lead the acquisition of new sales channels and commercial opportunities.
  2. Lead the elaboration of the commercial budget across all markets, together with the Commercial Director, on a yearly/quarterly basis.
  3. Monitor and evaluate Commercial activities performance and prepare reports for senior management & clients.
  4. Drive operational and cost efficiencies by identifying and streamlining processes and further develop technology.
  5. Partner and collaborate with cross-country Teams to develop, drive, and implement a mid/long-term strategic commercial plan aligned with company business objectives.
  6. Develop and enhance products, portfolios, and services by sharing best practices and leading innovation.
  7. Participate in national and international industry events, networking events, and workshops.
  8. Lead the preparation and execution of workshops and colleagues training.
  9. Lead and define acquisition strategy and scouting trips, and host clients where relevant and appropriate.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 10 years working in a commercial, contracting, or product management position.
  2. Degree in Tourism or Business Administration.
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills.
