We are looking for an Operator Engineer level 1 for important client banking.

The Operator is the person who has the critical functional knowledge of the bank batch operation and is familiar with all the technical tools to meet the commitment windows with the branches, official bureaus and the payments of our customers. It has a complete overview of the sequence of batch execution and works to resolve the best practices on the platforms. Based on client office and integrated in a global team.

Principal Tasks- Resolution and escalation of issues through analysis and monitoring of pre-defined transactions. Detection of incidents using monitoring tools.

  • Control and monitoring of systems' capacity to correctly execute tasks.
  • Autonomy to identify basic solutions for problems and working cross different technologies.
  • Implementation of procedures, operation rules and training plans in academy format.
  • Monitoring and assessment of compliance with Service Levels signed for N1 SLA.
  • Control and technical analysis of deviations to activate software quality plans. Use Monitoring tool to correct and mitigate risks in real time.
  • Monitoring and controlling the execution of technical backups, analysis of deviations and escalation to the N2 Platform

Requirement:

  • Deep knowledge on Dynatrace, pager duty, service now at operational level
  • Specialist and experience on monitoring tools (BPM)
  • ServiceNow experience (Ticketing and CMDB)
  • Desirable functional knowledge on Banking platforms
  • Proficient conversation in English
