MediaMonks is seeking a versatile and experienced Creative Director proficient in English and knowledgeable in social, to drive creativity for a diverse array of clients, from retained clients to new business pitches. Based in Madrid, this role requires the delivery of innovative strategies, concepts, and guidance, catering to the unique needs of various creative and socially focused clients. An essential aspect of this role involves harnessing AI tools and cultivating a mindset that integrates artificial intelligence into creative processes and strategies. Additionally, this position entails connecting with teams across the globe to deliver top-notch, social first, creative solutions. Responsibilities: Spearhead the creative vision for a variety of clients, adapting strategies to align with their individual brand and communication needs. Lead creative processes and pitches, managing projects across different accounts, from conceptualization to execution. Collaborate with creative teams to provide direction on visual design, animation, copywriting, and other creative components for interactive campaigns, social media content, and marketing initiatives. Work closely with other areas within the company to ensure the end result to the client is always integrated, innovative, and coherent. Engage with clients through presentations, both in-person and via video calls, to pitch new concepts and projects, ensuring alignment with their expectations. Innovate and push boundaries to maximize creative and technical possibilities while meeting demanding deadlines. Develop and present creative proposals and decks to initiate new campaigns, ensuring they are strategically aligned with the client's objectives. About You The essentials: Minimum of 4 years' experience as a Creative Director in advertising, demonstrating a strong command of English. Exhibit leadership by providing clear creative direction and empowering in-house teams to take ownership of their projects. Ability to independently lead fast-paced pitches while also striving for perfection in ongoing projects. Proficient in digital platforms with a keen understanding of the latest social media trends and technologies. Comfortable managing diverse creative projects, including digital and social campaigns, websites, hero films, TV commercials, and installations.
