Offer Industrialization Leader

DESCRIPTION:

Optimize products and processes, ensure that the industrial process and logistics supply chain are available and qualified prior to product launch, and drive production to achieve the quality/cost targets and on-time delivery for products during all phases of the Offer Creation Process (OCP). To this end, functionally manages a team of industrialization engineers during a project. This position is part of the OCP.

MAIN TASKS

  1. Propose different industrial scenarios to select according to the industrial strategy.
  2. Prepare with Industrialization team the main KPIs in the project: Investments, Product costs, Expenses, Quality targets, Efficiencies.
  3. Prepare and follow the Industrialization project planning.
  4. Assure the time to market of the project.
  5. Drive Industrialization team from Select Gate to Sell Gate in coordination and collaboration with project and factories teams.
  6. Participate actively in the project life.
  7. Support factory within the first production.
  8. Follow the main KPIs with factories during the first year of production: Costs, quality, efficiencies.

PROFILE

  1. 5 years of experience in the field of processes and parts quality definition, industrialization of new products.
  2. Advanced level of English.
  3. Open to travel 30% of the time worldwide.
  4. Problem-solving mindset.
  5. Team player.
  6. Negotiation skills.
