Awin's Financial Analysts serve as a pivotal resource in shaping the company's financial future and strategic direction through expert data analysis and insightful financial modelling. This role enhances decision-making across the organisation by providing precise, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimise performance and drive growth.

1. Financial & Business Analytics Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting using Tableau to track key performance indicators, financial metrics, and other critical data points relevant to business operations.
2. Financial Modelling: Create detailed financial models that forecast business performance and simulate various financial scenarios to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
3. Insight Generation: Analyse data and report outcomes to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and drive efficiency improvements.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analysis and reports to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner, ensuring that technical and non-technical audiences understand the implications and insights.
5. Continuous Improvement: Continually refine and enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting processes using BI tools to better meet the company's strategic needs.

1. 3+ years in a financial or business analytics position.
2. Analytical, pro-active and inquisitive, with the ability to take ownership and deliver projects independently.
3. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to distil complex technical concepts into clear, concise explanations for non-technical audiences.
4. Proficiency with SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau is essential.
5. Fluency in English (C1+).
