O2C Team Lead Non-Standard Processes

As a member of the Continental European Order to Cash team and reporting directly to the Regional O2C Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  1. Organize the daily workload and tasks of the team to ensure roles and responsibilities are executed in line with SLAs, client requirements, and business priorities.
  2. Monitor team performance with regards to deadlines and quality of invoice processing.
  3. Maintain a strong relationship with the different O2C teams your team is supporting.
  4. Lead the team through the implementation of new processes, tools, and best practices.
  5. Ensure the team is properly trained to perform their tasks at a high level.
  6. Manage the people management and HR topics in the team.
  7. Provide Internal/External Audit Support.
  8. Identify and support Automation potential and initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English.
  2. Experience in an O2C environment.
  3. Strong sense of organization, diligent with attention to detail.
  4. Strong stakeholder management.
  5. Ability to work under pressure.
  6. Ability to oversee, motivate, and manage people in a transactional environment.
