The opportunity

Work at the centre of it all and build your international acumen by connecting with our Business Units and Global Supply Chain Leadership Team – the central interface between production, R&D, sales, and our customers.

Gain practical experience in supply chain excellence by working on challenging tasks, projects, and completing numerous trainings in an international environment.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Academic achievement: Strong technical academic background; Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Business Administration.
  • Language: Strong proficiency in business English and local language.
  • Professional experience and passion: Maximum of one to two years of experience in supply chain, business administration, or manufacturing environments.
  • Global mobility and adaptability: Eagerness to take on global projects and temporary international relocation opportunities. Flexibility and ability to adapt to different cultures.
  • Proactive learners: Enjoyment in mastering complex concepts and applying learnings in practical ways to make an impact.
  • Creative problem solvers: Ability to approach challenges creatively, thinking outside the box to find the best solutions.

Young Professional Program description

We offer a special 18-month program, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas. The program is designed to help you fully develop yourself on a personal and professional level by understanding our end-to-end supply chain processes.

Local hiring company - home location

You will spend the first six months at your home location gaining on-the-job experience with a real-life job, learning about key supply chain processes, systems, and data flows.

Plant and Opco locations

After the first six months, you will spend several months in some of our international plants and locations, focusing on gaining additional perspectives and learning about operational and strategic challenges.

YPP Academy Weeks

Each rotation starts with a Skills Development Academy week focused on job-specific learning and personal development.
