Responsibilities

  2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and language skills
  3. Build and maintain a strong network of candidates by utilizing various recruitment platforms and techniques
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that attract the desired candidates
  5. Proactively reach out to passive candidates and engage them in the recruitment process
  6. Provide support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, including interview preparation and negotiation of job offers
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities
Requirements

  1. Fluency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, is essential
  2. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the consumer services industry
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
  5. Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools
  6. Ability to work independently and remotely
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills
  8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
