Tipo de empleo - Jornada completa Ubicación 28223 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid provincia Descripción completa del empleo - Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book rated portfolio by executing annual renewal strategy. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication by email or telephone. - Take the lead in day to day enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve in agreed timelines. - Gather and analyse claims data. - Database Management, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately. - Facilitate the renewal process in conjunction with the Client Management team. - Participate in client visits to the European Service Centre and occasionally attend Client Meetings. - The candidate will be a French native speaker (Dutch language capabilities is a plus) About Cigna Healthcare Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
