They are looking for a National Sales Manager. Job Description Expand business opportunities from existing and new customers, primarily across the target industries in the PH market (Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, and Water Treatment). Attend on-site meetings with potential customers to generate new business. Build and maintain good relationships with clients. Prepare quotes for projects. Provide up-to-date information and communication back to the global office. Manage, lead, and effectively train team members to improve performance and productivity. Drive the marketing strategy for the business (formulating and implementing). The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a sales role. He/She will be confident and enthusiastic, with excellent communication and presentation skills. The ability to travel and strong commercial awareness to prepare effective quotations is important in this role. The person will play a crucial role in the development and growth of team members. The ability to seek solutions when faced with problems will be a highly desired quality.
