Logistics & Heavy Handling Operations (Temp Agency)

Mission :

• Optimise processes and warehouses capacities.
• Improve the contractual and operational performance.
• Ensure that all processes are compliant to reference documentation

Activities : Manages the physical logistics activities :

• Ensure physical logistics management performance & improvement control.
• Implement and control KPIs (performance, cost, quality, environment).
• Drive issue solving with a quick & simple alert/escalation process.
• Propose and drive local, not disruptive and short term Improvement Initiatives, share experience & practices via Logistics service managers network.
• Contribute to End To End Logistics Solutions optimisation and Surface optimisation.
• Contribute to infrastructure evolution and surface management.
• Assess logistics impacts in case of short and middle term planning changes.

Ensure the alignment of logistics operations within the internal stakeholders processes and requirements to secure a logistics performance :

• Anticipate, understand/challenge internal stakeholders’ requests and ensure implementation of changes.

Ensure risk management with internal stakeholders and Logistics Provider, perform root cause analysis and manage mitigation plans.

Manages compliance to regulatory and safety obligations :

• Contribute to corporate audits and industrial maturity.
• Plan, prepare, run audits in collaboration with quality and implement actions to close findings.

Required skills

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering, Logistics or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related area.
• Warehouse management.
• English: Negotiation level.
• Experience with other technologies and programming will be considered
• Available to work in the HUB of Illescas.
• Highly recommended own car.
