How To Contribute To Our Vision

The Equipment Tower team consists of 15 engineers and designers all dedicated to developing the next generation of transport, storage and lifting equipment for the Tower modules in Offshore Wind Projects. The Module Lead Engineer is a central role in executing all equipment, solutions and instruction on time and in high quality, reducing any safety issue for handling the heavy modules. In total we will have 3 Module Lead Engineers in the Tower module.

Besides the Tower team, we have a team covering Nacelle and a Team covering Blades. We are 90 engineers in total distributed throughout Denmark, Spain, Poland and India, and on department level we encourage close collaboration across the team.

What You Need To Make a Difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • You hold a university degree within engineering combined with a minimum of 5 years of relevant technical experience from wind power or similar industrial context.
  • As a person, you are open-minded, positive, proactive, motivating, and self-determined. You take responsibility for your work; you value people, and you possess strong strategic innovative orientation and strong decision-making skills.
  • You are familiar with working in an international environment and possess excellent English skills both orally and in writing. You think Safety first in your daily work.
