You Will Be Part of Growing Team

We're hiring a Commercial Finance Analyst .

Key Responsibilities

Your Challenge:

  1. Finance Business Partner within Northern Europe Commercial Unit, organization with annual revenue of $915MM.
  2. Perform monthly outlook, annual plan and long-term strategic plan.
  3. Track business performance including pricing, volume, expenses, and growth on key portfolios and markets.
  4. Support the commercial team in setting commercial policies, rebates programs, and volume/price trade-off analysis.
  5. Report and analyze margin trends by product family, territory cluster, etc.
  6. Support business teams to analyze and define credit lines, guarantees, payment terms, etc.
  7. Work with commercial teams to set actions to close gaps vs. outlook and plan.
  8. Coordinate activities with other finance competencies (controllership, credit, tax, internal audit).
  9. Ensure implementation of internal control and compliance policies.
Key Stakeholders and Interactions

Location : Multiple, Europe.

Qualifications
  1. Finance Degree (5 years program: Bachelor + MSc); Major in Financial Accounting and Auditing preferred.
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience, USGAAP/Accounting experience.
  3. Advanced Excel knowledge; Access/Power BI/Tableau would be a plus.
  4. Knowledge and experience with ERPs (SAP preferred) and Business Warehouse software.
  5. Interpersonal and communication skills: ability to work in diverse and cross-functional teams, manage relationships with business stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet business and process deadlines.
  7. Demonstrated ability to use data to solve complex problems and communicate results.
  8. Critical thinker, problem solver, proactive and independent.
