Today, Griffith Foods Europe has a vacancy for a talented Food Technologist with experience in functional seasonings for meat & poultry at our site in Tarragona, Spain.

Your Role:

Support the R&D activities and responsibilities that:

  • Contribute to the growth of our product range and customer base.

Support the development of new products for our targeted customers:

  • Act as the technical contact for our customers in Continental Europe.
  • Develop presentations, organize and execute workshops, and train customers on our products in applications & marketable formats, in cooperation with sales and marketing.

Create innovative seasoning & coating systems for protein-based substrates:

  • Develop winning products for meat and poultry.
  • Actively look for innovative raw materials and systems.
  • Conduct raw material evaluations.

Your Profile:

  • Master in Food Science or Technology or equivalent by proven experience.
  • Experience in development and application of functional seasonings for meat & poultry.
  • Experience in meat processing.
  • Language skills: fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Culinary experience is a plus.
