Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

What is your role and surroundings?

Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group is looking for you as VIE Europe Division MA/ME engineer in Mlada (Czech) or Braganca (Spain).

Main Missions

She/He will support Europe Division Industrial Performance Manager on all the following activities:

Maintenance
  1. Contribute actively to reach the division & plant targets in terms of downtime, Total Preventive Maintenance (T.P.M.), and Maintenance Roadmap deployment.
  2. Coach plant Maintenance team in Maintenance & problem-solving topics.

Animate Europe Maintenance Network
  1. Ensure proper definition & deployment of the identified Best Practices.
  2. Coordinate the different reporting activities on a weekly basis (Downtime, T.P.M., Morning Market…).
  3. Lead innovative projects (predictive maintenance, new digital tools…) in pilot plants.
  4. Lead improvement workshops on T.P.M. topics at plant locations.
  5. Ensure proper deployment & application of the new Maintenance Standards (Global Project: “Maintenance under the spotlight”).
  6. Ensure proper training to plants whenever needed.

Manufacturing Costs
  1. Contribute actively to reach the division & plant financial targets in terms of Manufacturing cost (MFC) results & savings.
  2. Coordinate the different reporting activities monthly (both financial & savings).
  3. Lead global projects to reduce sustainably MFC costs (Energy/C02, Maintenance, IT costs…).
  4. Co-Animate MFC Workshop at plant location.
  5. Ensure proper definition & deployment of the identified Best Practices.
  6. Follow deployment of Digital Tools related to MFC improvement.
  7. Animate weekly meetings with plant & Indirect Purchasing community (IdP) to follow, track, support & challenge the local MFC Actions plans.
