Senior Project Manager - Cash Management

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a experienced Project Manager you will help in different areas, such as:

• End to End follow up on the status of initiatives associated with Cash Management products.
• Contribute in the ideation and definition of the different business transformation initiatives.
• Follow-up and escalation of product risks and dependencies and of the main production issues and operational shortcomings.
• Follow-up and coordination of transversal initiatives.
• Team Management: Evaluation, monitoring of delivery capacity, as well as sizing of the different teams.
• Elaboration of presentation and support documentation for Committees and top management.
• Change Management. Ensuring understanding of major changes within the organization.
• Project Management. Project management (control and monitoring and budget management).
• Ensure alignment with business and Group strategy.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

• Experience between 8 and 10 years.

EDUCATION :

• Bachelor's degree, further education (Master's degree) is desirable.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE :

• Experience in managing remote and/or multicultural teams .
• 8-10 years of experience in end-to-end project management in the field of Cash Management (desirable knowledge in Payments, Collections, Liquidity and B2B2C) .
• High/very high level of spoken and written English .
• Very high/native level of Spanish .
• Experience in project and team management.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies applied :Scrum, Kamban, etc .
• Ability to communicate with business areas.
