Job Description

Strategic player, connecting the several functions of the Manufacturing area (Production, Quality Control, Factory Logistics, Scheduling, EHS, Engineering), the candidate will work under the direct supervision of more experienced engineers in a wide variety of fields, ranging from Engineering to Continuous Improvement, from EHS to Quality Assurance.

The candidate will provide support to the supervisors, ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled, solving any engineering issue that comes up in a project, answering technical questions, proposing budgets for projects, training new employees.

He will have to share several core responsibilities:

• collect, record and analyze data,
• review and update process documentation,
• develop plans and calculations,
• manage project workflow,
• provide engineering support,
• prepare project reports,
• coordinate team members.

Competenze ed esperienza

Education/Qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in engineering,

Minimum Requirements:

• fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Desired Requirements:

• Lean/6S qualifications,
• MBA or Master's in engineering,
• any additional language (French and/or German) is a plus.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience within an international company;
• Microsoft Office knowledge;
• SAP knowledge;
• analytical and math skills;
• project planning and project management;
• problem solving;
• ability to collaborate with many other teams;
• interpersonal skills to manage multidisciplinary teams (teamwork and team coordination, with the ability to give constructive criticism);
• ability to take quick decisions.
