Based in London, the International Finance team is responsible for the financial, regulatory and tax reporting requirements of the UK, Spain, Germany, France, Hong Kong, and Japan operating entities. The successful candidate will help manage the day-to-day operations of the International Finance team, including the accounting and general ledger control of our international entities, financial reporting and analysis, treasury and cash management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role will report directly to the Head of International Finance.

Responsibilities:
  1. The preparation of monthly financial statements, quarterly filings and other regulatory reports.
  2. Delivering all aspects of the monthly close including performing general ledger account variance analysis, working closely with both the International (London based) and US (New York based) finance team.
  3. Developing a deep understanding of the operations of our international legal entities and jurisdictions.
  4. Assisting with annual financial statement audits and quarterly reviews, including dealing with the internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Liaising with the Payroll Department and taking responsibility for compensation postings, dividend distributions and equity vesting events.
  6. Preparation of data and information for UK tax filings and overseeing local tax filings.
  7. Working directly with the Head of International Finance and Global Finance Controller on strategic initiatives and other ad hoc projects.
  8. Assisting with reporting and disclosure requirements under US GAAP for quarterly and annual SEC reporting.
  9. Working extensively with the London and New York Finance team across monthly management reporting.
