To strengthen our Group Quality of the RONAL GROUP, we are looking for a qualified and motivated personality at RONAL Spain as a Senior Project Manager Digitalization (M/F/d). YOUR TASKS Planning and control of the rollout of the CAQ software SIEMENS Opcenter Quality at all locations of the RONAL GROUP Creation of specification requirements for the implementation of special requirements of the RONAL GROUP as change requests for integration into the standard software by the software supplier Planning and realization of regular upgrades for further development and adaptation to industry requirements Support of production sites in the implementation of customer and QM system requirements by using Opcenter Quality Optimization of the system performance of the central installation by testing and integration of alternative VMware solutions to the decentralized production sites worldwide Administration of the system (configuration and master data management, integration SCADA and machine data) Education and training of key users of the sites (presence and hybrid training) Ensuring user support and handling tickets (incidents) Working on projects to measure and report key performance indicators of operational and administrative quality process with the support of BI tools (Qlik) Establish and ensure efficient communications structures between internal and external project stakeholders and ensure the flow of information and content between interdisciplinary teams Collaboration in cross-functional teams to digitalize business processes YOUR PROFILE Bachelor / Master University in (business) computer science or a comparable economic-technical course of study Ideally strong technological background related to the use of modern technologies (such as cloud, IoT) and consideration of their impact in the project context Several years of experience in agile IT development or service projects combined with practical know-how in project management, ideally in the context of engineering/manufacturing/purchasing/quality organisations Experience working in cross-functional teams and with external partners Knowledge in the area of Computer System Validation (CSV) is an advantage Experience in quality management / quality assurance is an advantage Business fluent in English Software: QMS-Siemens Opcenter, SAP S4-HANA, Q-STAT, Qlik In-depth know-how as a project manager regarding the implementation of IT systems in the industry Willingness to travel (up to approximately 30% as part of the rollout) BECOME PART OF OUR TEAM - APPLY NOW!
