Division

The Operations & Shared Services division provides payroll and HR solutions to Belgian organizations (both public and private) that employ more than 250 people. SD Worx is the market leader in this market segment, thanks to its innovative products and comprehensive, tailor-made services.

Unit

The HRSC (HR Service Center) functions as an external personnel service for clients who have opted for extensive outsourcing of their personnel administration, payroll preparation, and payroll calculation. For the support of BPO HRSC in Flanders/Wallonia, we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a passion for HR and payroll who enjoys the challenge of servicing clients.

Job Description

Your job responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting other BPO HRSC Teams in Antwerp, Geel, Ghent, and Mont-Saint-Guibert.
  2. Ensuring correct personnel and payroll administration for the assigned client(s).
  3. The follow-up, calculation, and control of the wages for the client(s).
  4. Guiding and advising the client on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation, use of payroll packages, soft HR packages, and timekeeping packages.
  5. To perpetuate the relationship of trust with the client(s).
  6. Talking to employees about their file, on behalf of their employer.
  7. Keeping knowledge and experience up-to-date within the various areas of payroll and personnel administration.
  8. Looking for inefficient processes, suggesting optimizations, and working them out, possibly under the guidance of a payroll consultant.
  9. Spreading best practices across the various teams.
  10. Transfer knowledge and tasks to colleagues in the assigned group and support them in administrative, payroll, and legal matters.
Profile

What we need:

  1. Sufficient experience in payroll.
  2. Strong interest and experience in HR, preferably with several years of relevant experience within payroll and personnel administration with the eBlox Payroll payroll entry package. Knowledge of time registration packages such as Protime, or other payroll packages such as SAP is a plus.
  3. Ability to quickly adapt to different working practices and agreements across multiple HRSC Teams.
  4. Analytical mind and great affinity for software applications.
  5. Flexible to meet targeted client deadlines and stress-resistant.
  6. Eager to learn, strongly customer-focused, autonomous, meticulous, and able to work quickly.
  7. Necessary communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English or French and English.
  8. Positive, results-oriented, and solution-oriented.
