Deine Aufgaben

• provide 1st Line Support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting
• ticket dispatching between 2nd line support and technical team
• complete service requests
• reporting on incidents and service requests
• use of mail systems

So bist Du

• very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• good working knowledge of MS Office
• strong communication skills and service mentality
• high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
• ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
