Your Job:

1. Oversee and manage tax activities in specific jurisdictions in which the group is active.
2. First point of contact for business development and other departments in relation to tax topics.
3. Collaborate closely with internationally-based finance team on all tax-related matters.
4. Design, implement and operate internal procedures to manage group tax compliance and ensure business decisions are compliant with the group's tax policy.
5. Manage tax compliance via internal processes and external service providers, ensuring tax outcomes are aligned to HQ tax strategy, compliant with local laws as well as international standards.
6. Manage transfer pricing (local files, service agreements, financing) and other international transactions/projects including but not limited to new business initiatives, business integration, entity simplification etc.
7. Monitor local and international tax environment developments, proactively identifying and proposing measures/initiatives and implementing them after approval.

Your Profile:

1. Qualified tax accountant/accounting professional with 3-5 years of in-house tax experience at a multinational enterprise.
2. Experience in managing tax for multinational enterprises.
3. Experience with transfer pricing.
4. Knowledge of IFRS/local statutory accounting standards and experience of financial consolidation in an international environment would be an advantage.
5. Mathematically minded with a logical approach to tackling complex problems.
6. High level of commitment, excellent communication and team skills.
7. Ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced and complex organization.
