As a Partner Account Manager , you will collaborate with internal and external partners to drive growth and success in your destination. Based in our HQ in Palma de Mallorca, this role is ideal for candidates who are driven to scale triggle’s business and brand in our main destination, Spain.

What you will do:

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our MTS Spain Commercial Team and internal teams to ensure the success of both existing and new partners, optimizing their performance and achieving business goals.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trustful and productive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Optimize Accounts: Perform in-depth analysis of individual accounts and provide strategic guidance to partners through regular communication, helping them implement changes to boost sales and performance.
  • In-Depth Product Knowledge: Gain an expert understanding of our products to offer partners valuable insights, enabling efficient account optimization and growth.
  • Customer Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, providing constant feedback to our product team to ensure continuous product evolution that aligns with market and partner needs.
  • Destination Expertise: Become an expert in your destination, learning about partner characteristics and unique opportunities to maximize sales and support partner success.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working within travel (OTAs, DMCs, etc.) or a related industry.
  • Account Management Skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to identify opportunities, detect gaps, and provide insights to gain revenue.
  • Proactive and pragmatic with a positive attitude and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured way that maximizes efficiency.
  • Excellent organization and coordination skills; problem-solving is part of your ability by thinking outside the box for suitable solutions.
  • Outstanding communication skills. Fluency in Spanish & English (our company language), both written and spoken.
