Key Account Manager Iberia (m/f/d)

• Promote Schaltbau's product portfolio to customers across Iberia in the rail, energy, industry, and mobility sectors.
• Manage key rail accounts, including coordinating international projects.
• Drive business growth and market share, with a focus on Design-In strategies.
• Provide technical consulting to customers.
• Build strong relationships with R&D, procurement, and C-level executives.
• Collaborate with local distributors and engage in business development, including occasional involvement in South American markets.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.
• Period reporting such as Business Review, Forecasting, Planning, and Product Roadmap input.
• Participate in local exhibitions and industry organizations.
• Participate as a key member of the international Global Account Management team.

• Degree in electrical engineering or a related field; an MBA or similar business qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience selling electromechanical components to manufacturers in the rail, new energy, and mobility sectors.
• Solid B2B key account management and business development experience.
• Results-oriented, with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage day-to-day tasks and set milestones, working effectively with international teams.
• Willingness to explore new business opportunities and travel, mainly within Spain, occasionally within Europe.
• Proficient in MS Office applications. Fluency in English & Spanish, with a high level of written and verbal communication.
