Your Role:
We have a great opportunity for a Nephrologist in our dialysis clinic in Molina, Murcia. You will be responsible for assessing the clinical situation of patients, planning treatment, and monitoring their clinical evolution, preparing the corresponding clinical situation reports.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement established policies and guidelines by the company regarding patient care and monitor the established clinical reference indicators.
  2. Prescribe the most appropriate modality of renal replacement therapy for each patient.
  3. Record the prescription, treatment, and other parameters in the clinical information systems established by the company.
  4. Complete the documentary requirements of the patients' medical history in the files set up for this purpose.
  5. Comply with all applicable procedures and regulations in force at all times.
  6. Prepare, analyze, and monitor indicators according to the quality of care outlined in both the quality system and the corporate guidelines.
  7. Ensure that patient care is performed under corporate standards.
  8. Participate in quality meetings and review care indicators.

We are looking for professionals who have:

  1. Degree in Medicine (degree recognized in Spain) with a specialty in nephrology (preferably via MIR).
  2. Leadership and team management skills.
  3. Desirable experience in a dialysis unit.
  4. A pleasant demeanor, friendly, communicative, and with a high patient service orientation.
