We are looking for a Design Manager to be based in our Barcelona Head Office who will be responsible for overseeing the successful design and execution of various hospitality and F&B projects across Europe, North Africa, and Turkey within specific timelines, adhering to approved design standards and delivering exceptional quality. Main Responsibilities: Comprehend the design process and develop initial design layouts for potential projects. Conduct site visits to potential venues and understand the difficulties and possibilities of the site. Collaborate closely with the head office team to address drawing, plan, schedule, and any other project-related issues promptly and efficiently. Conduct frequent site visits to ongoing projects across Europe, ensuring effective coordination and smooth progress. Monitor project advancement in line with the established project plan, proactively informing the head office team of any updates and taking swift corrective actions when necessary. Exercise diligent supervision over the entire project’s execution process, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining exceptional standards and meeting the satisfaction of the company. Uphold continuity of business operations while adhering to approved design and quality guidelines. Work closely with Design and Technical Services and operation teams to guarantee efficient workflow. Coordinate with the Head Office team to ensure frequent updates on project status. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or similar. 5 years of proven experience in the field. Background in hospitality and F&B projects will be highly valued. A willingness to travel extensively. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Experience: RequiredLanguages: English – Advanced.
