JUNIOR DE’LONGHI CEE COFFEE CATEGORY MANAGER Job Responsibilities The De'Longhi Group is one of the world's leading players in small domestic appliances associated with the world of coffee, the kitchen, air conditioning, and home care. We are looking for a JUNIOR DE’LONGHI CEE COFFEE CATEGORY MANAGER to help in the creation and execution of a coherent coffee category strategy in all CEE region countries (POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, UKRAINE, MOLDOVA). The person will actively participate in various stages of introducing new products or services to the market. The duties include ongoing supervision over the forecasting process, analyzing and drawing conclusions from market research, and active participation in the creation and execution of product, distribution, and price policy. The JUNIOR CATEGORY MANAGER will work closely with other departments (Communication Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Headquarters, Financial controlling, etc.). The role reports to a DE’LONGHI CATEGORY DIRECTOR CENTRAL EAST EUROPE. Key Responsibilities: Product responsibility: - Takes part in preparing recommendations for the product portfolio - Prepares launches of products and the expansion of the brand into new categories - Proposes and carries out appropriate market research - Constant portfolio supervision and optimization Distribution / Price responsibility: - Participates in the preparation of distribution plan recommendations and works together with the local sales teams on its execution - Assists in creating pricing policies for assigned product categories Permanent tracking of the key variables of the business: - Gfk panel data - Sales analysis - Monitoring competitive environment and consumer trends Provides outstanding service to the Sales Team and to our Customers, ensuring our strategies reach our consumers Actively participates in and prepares internal meetings, sales meetings, and brand reviews Job Profile Key Requirements from the candidate: - At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/business/economics - Fluent in English, comfortable working in an international environment - Passion for consumer and digital marketing understanding - Analytical and data-driven approach to actions - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills - Proactive, KPI driven, results-oriented, well organized and punctual - Able to adjust to a fast-changing business environment What we offer: - Permanent, full-time contract - Market competitive salary plus achievement-based bonus - Medical care, Meal allowance - Flexible home vs. office work We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we reject and condemn any form of discrimination including discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, race, nationality, cultural background, political opinions, and religious beliefs, and membership of associations and trade unions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
