The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our licensees database, onboarding new leads, and certifying new products. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to support our mission of sustainability and ocean conservation. Department: Licensing & Compliance / Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding: Conduct checks for new licensees through web research and email exchanges. Manage licensee portal onboarding process. Control the renewal process. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure smooth onboarding. Coordinate with the commercial team for follow-up actions. - Material Management: Oversee the chain of custody documentation for materials. Manage inventory records. - System Updates: Regularly update and maintain the CRM system. Suggest and implement improvements for CRM system efficiency. - Business Development: Categorize licensees by sector to streamline business development efforts. Proactively search for and engage with potential new customers. Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads. - SEAQUAL LAB and textile certification: Licensees support and management of the SEAQUAL fabrics certifications - Monthly Management: Prepare monthly reports and presentations. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field. - Experience with CRM systems and database management. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Passion for sustainability and ocean conservation. Desired Skills: - Experience with supply chain management. - Familiarity with sustainability certifications and standards. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
