Responsibilities:

1. Review and authorize Work Permits.
2. Develop and update all procedures, instructions, protocols, records, and forms related to Work Permits.
3. Ensure that all parties follow the procedures and requirements related to Work Permits.
4. Guarantee that all permits are issued in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental protection (HSE) requirements.
5. Coordinate contractors/subcontractors on-site during the entire permitting process.
6. Ensure that field checks and pre-task conversations are conducted through audits and inspections.
7. Manage all possible site interferences through Work Permits.
8. Update the Work Permit board, including Fatal Risk Management, whenever necessary.
9. Communicate with project management regarding the status of permit applications and respond to questions about the permitting process.
10. Verify the suitability of personnel belonging to Project Contractors, promoting necessary actions to achieve objectives.
