Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

5. Proficient in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
6. Attention to detail and ability to analyze candidate qualifications
