[IOC021] Social Media Ads Representative- Spanish Speaker In Lisbon (Relocation Package)

As an Advertisers Support, you will support social media advertisers, helping them grow in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Advertisers and agencies contact our social media to request post-sales assistance and/or troubleshooting guidance using this service.
Thus, your main purpose is to improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding users on the platform, and helping them use its tools and features.
As a member of the team, you will assist customers by email and chat after they have purchased ad placements or used social media products.

You will provide technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients' needs to sustain and expand their businesses.
Support assistance requests on our social media Family Apps & Advertising Services.
Convert the majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls to offer white-glove support regarding our services, having to work with multiple tools and multitask.

Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern within Monday to Sunday 6am to 12am.
Location: Onsite in Lisbon.
Training: 15 working days.

Requirements:
- Spanish Speaker (C2) + English (B2) (mandatory)
- High School Diploma (mandatory)
- EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card (mandatory)
- Availability to work in shifts (mandatory)
- Availability to start soon

- candidates from outside Portugal
- Candidates living 100 Km from Lisbon.
