Currently, we are looking for: Junior/Regular Support Engineer Working Places: Remote Poland Project Description: 2nd line of application support and process support for around 100 of business applications of government customers. Responsibilities: Incident and Change Management related to Application Management Mandatory Skills Description: Education in Computer Science or related field Experience with Windows Servers and UNIX systems Windows Server Administration Very good written and spoken English Troubleshooting skills Fast learning Good analytical and problem-solving skills Teamwork and ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills Nice-to-Have Skills Description: Working experience in IT, preferably in technical support or development areas Experience with AWS and/or Azure clouds ITIL PowerShell scripting Power Automate Dutch language Languages: English: B2 Upper-Intermediate Why would you join us?
