Internal Opex Consultant (M/F/d)

YOUR TASKS :

• Develop improvement projects, giving the right support to the manufacturing plants in order to do as efficient as posible the business processes
• Promote a culture of Excellence in the Organization, through daily activity
• Manage Project risks to ensure the corresponding deliverables on-time, on-quality, on-cost
• Make the follow-up of the ongoing actions, giving support to the internal customers in whatever necessary regarding the project/action
• To ensure compliance with corporate methodology, acting as a facilitator
• Define and implement KPIs, Dashboards and BSCs
• Generate project structures to meet the restrictions in terms of scope, lead time and cost
• Promote synergies between stakeholders
• Develop projects at the shopfloor, visiting the Genba regularly
• Identify improvements opportunities and work for solving them from the root cause using a lean approach
• Train people in terms of Operational Excellence with a Lean Manufacturing approach
• Be exemplary in compliance with the standards.

YOUR PROFILE :

• Lean Manufacturing (basic-medium level)
• MS365/ MS Planner / MS To Do / Power BI / VBA / DAX (high level)
• SAP (desirable)
• Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Degree: FP/Vocational Training, Technical Engineering, Engineering
• High English level (mandatory)
