Quality Technician (Only for internal employees)

The Quality Technician will be executing quality assurance tasks for production quality.

• Direct production quality support
• Quality Inspections
• Propose containments and corrective actions in case of deviations
• Follow up of containment and corrective application in production line
• Production release (OK 1st part / Polyvalence Matrix)
• Internal audits (Layered process audits)
• Line control following (use of fixture, gauges, control marks, etc…)
• Monitoring Q KPIs at shop floor level
• Internal Customer satisfaction
• Escalating in case of process deviation to QE
• Defining containments / corrective actions with production (e.g. sortings activities)
• Quality performance at shop floor level
• Continuous Process improvement
• 5S assurance

• 6 months' experience in a similar position as Quality Technician according to the owned production area.
• Spanish mandatory. Good communication skills in English.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of 8D problem solving methodology.
• Microsoft Office
