Job Description You will be responsible for business controlling of production & Intercompany. The position has no direct reports underneath. Key Areas Of Responsibilities And Accountability Business control; supporting the businesswith (profitability) analysis, financial reports and business information. Maintain and improve costing system. Ensure timely preparation of group reporting including analysis as input for Plant Manager and the finance department. Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and Business Planning for the entity. Business partnering with the functional leaders of the plant. The Successful Applicant Competencies Good communicator and presenter. Precise, persistent and result oriented. Independent, at the same time able to organize or to be a member of ad hoc created teams. Skills Analytical thinking, numeracy skills. Communicative. IFRS, local accounting standards, Corporate reporting, transfer pricing. MS Office, mainly Excel, Access, PowerPoint. IFS (or SAP/Navision) knowledge. Business analysis, planning, scenario approach.
