We are looking for an In-store & BTL Communication Manager to support the growth of the leading small domestic appliances brands of De'Longhi Group in Ukraine and Moldova. The person, with input from respective Brand Managers, will be responsible for the execution of BTL and in-store communication planning, design, and execution across customers.

He or She will work closely with Brand Managers, other departments (Category Trade Marketing, Sales, Headquarters Communication Team, etc.), and external partners (Advertising Agencies, Printers, In-store furniture producers, etc.). The role reports to a Ukraine Communication Director located in Kyiv and is part of the bigger De'Longhi CEE Marketing team covering Ukraine, Moldova, Poland, Czech, and Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Superior in-store presence of the De'Longhi Group brands.
  2. New Product Launches in-store presence - POS, furniture - design, production, execution.
  3. Development and updates of Category Management Zones across Customers (e.g. Comfy, Foxtrot, Epitsenter, etc.) applying Brand Guidelines with the alignment of respective Brand Managers and adapting to the Customer requirements.
  4. Support Promoters/Trainer with demonstration materials if any special needs arise.
  5. Support Sales needs in maintaining everyday quality look of installed materials - e.g. fixing damages, providing replacements, updates.
  6. Creation and execution of special Brand Zones outside stores and during events, e.g. Bukovel De'Longhi Branded Zone, Kiev Zoo Branded Zone, Culinary Studio Branded Zone, etc.
  7. Day-to-day collaboration with the Customers in the area of in-store materials/furniture execution.
  8. Manage In-store communication budget - recommend spending - what we can afford and what is the priority.
  9. Manage workflow required for proper order of materials and booking of the expenses.
  10. Budget Tracking.
  11. Create and maintain inventory of projects/materials/furniture in the stores and warehouse.
  12. Collection of information - photobank of current projects.
