We are looking for an Economy, Administration HR assistant for an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing international recruitment agency! What you will be doing

We are a group consisting of a parent company and currently three subsidiaries in Norway, Estonia and Spain. Your job will be very important to keep the economy and administration together for our further growth at our office in Malaga, you will handle economy and administration tasks together with our Finance & HR Controller and communicating with the Office Manager of our office in Malaga about HR related tasks. Therefore it is extremely important that you are flexible and prestigious.

Your role will be two-fold and include the following for our Malaga office: Accounting, payroll, financial statements, Spanish labor law and communication with Spanish accountant. Your workplace is in Spain and you will mainly support to Office Manager, and Finance & HR controller, Marcel. Spanish & English is a requirement.

Here are some of the details:

  • Support with salaries, Invoicing, bookkeeping etc
  • Prepare, send out and compile board and management meeting documents
  • Mail/document handling, scanning invoices, administrational tasks
  • Educate current and future Managers in important tasks
  • Administratively relieve the company's local management
  • Build up an overview and understanding of Spanish regulation and law
  • Help out in the hiring process and registration of new employees
  • Contact person for suppliers, accountants and auditors regarding economy and administration in Spain
