HR TECHNICIAN

We need to incorporate a HR TECHNICIAN to work for one of our top national event clients in Telde/Meloneras on a temporary basis.

Your Daily Tasks Will Be:

• General management of employees
• Recruitment of a high volume of workers
• Control of hours
• Absence management
• Needs analysis
• Monitoring of contracts, renewals, etc.
• Detect areas of improvement in the service and procedures, being able to have autonomy to implement initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent English: contact with the client is 100% in English.
• University education, with a specialization in HR and people management.
• Experience in generalist selection will be valued, used to manage a high volume of selection processes and to conduct competency-based interviews.
• High customer orientation and good communication skills.
• Mobility is a plus.
