Participate in the selection process of SEBN ES-Spain, a multinational company in national expansion, dedicated to the design and manufacture of electrical wiring harnesses for the automotive industry.

Your new position and responsibilities:

  1. Management of the HR department of the Cuenca production plant
  2. Support and advice to the plant management on personnel management issues
  3. Collaboration, coordination and use of synergies with the HR Department in Pamplona
  4. Leadership, Influence and SEBN Culture (Sumitomo Spirit, SWS Way, values...)
  5. Execution of the strategic plan and HR budget
  6. Creation and updating of the salary structure of the plant
  7. Participation in job descriptions and creation of organisation charts
  8. Administration: payroll, IT sick leave, work schedules, holiday management, travel management, etc.
  9. Reporting (statistics and others)
  10. Global mobility (expatriation - impatriation)
  11. Ensuring legal compliance with labour regulations (collective bargaining agreements)
  12. Processes of selection, retention and attraction of talent and succession planning
  13. Management of employee training and professional development. Management of the welcome plan for new recruits
  14. Negotiation and closing of agreements and company improvements
  15. Management and resolution of labour conflicts
  16. Motivation, employee satisfaction
  17. Work climate studies
  18. Attention and monitoring of employees
  19. Management of internal and external communication
  20. Management of occupational risk prevention
  21. Data protection management

Your profile:

Minimum requirements:

  1. Preferably Degree / Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Labour Relations and HR, Economics, LADE, Law.... (other degrees not ruled out)
  2. Full competence in English (C1)
  3. Skills: communication and interpersonal relations, people orientation, adaptation to change, leadership, decision making and strategic vision
  4. Computer skills: advanced MS Office
  5. Willingness to travel

Valuable requirements:

  1. Experience in the automotive sector and international experience
  2. German medium (B2)
  3. Knowledge of SAP HR programs
