Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our growing team in Mallorca. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior hospitality management, with a keen understanding of the global hospitality market. This role requires a confident, outgoing, and friendly individual with excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish (essential).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry, understanding their needs and providing tailored executive search solutions.
  2. Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage top-level talent within the global hospitality market for both operational and real estate roles.
  3. Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments of potential candidates to ensure they meet the clients' requirements and cultural fit.
  4. Network Building: Develop and maintain a robust network of hospitality professionals and industry contacts.

Qualifications

  1. Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish (essential).
  2. Hospitality Experience: Proven experience in a senior hospitality management position, with a solid understanding of the global hospitality market.
  3. Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and match candidate profiles with client needs.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Confident, outgoing, and friendly personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
