  • Optimize website for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Create and manage sales funnels to maximize customer acquisition and retention
  • Oversee email marketing efforts and coordinate with other marketing initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an ecommerce manager, preferably in the beauty or nail tech industry
  • In-depth knowledge of CRO, SEO, and email marketing best practices
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency in English, with strong communication and collaboration abilities
