1. Leading the affiliate department and drive quality traffic to the brand.
2. Outline effective affiliate acquisition strategies.
3. Promote affiliate brand and platform on B2B level.
4. Developing strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts.
5. Planning and executing affiliate campaigns, activities and assist in marketing and sales activities such as events, seminars and conferences among others.
6. Strategically evaluating and reporting results of the overall operations regularly and systematically for the affiliation department.
7. Monitor, develop, expand and nurture existing affiliate partnerships.
8. Organization of affiliate fairs as exhibitor.
9. Act as the Product owner of the affiliate platform.
10. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
11. Advising your team on how to acquire new affiliates and to maintain current accounts.
12. Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other parts of the company.
13. Ensure that the affiliate team is establishing professional working relationships with agencies and key third parties.

1. Previous experience leading an affiliates team.
2. Strong experience in team management.
3. Extensive successful account management experience from the affiliate marketing industry.
4. Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate statistics into insight and actions.
5. Strategic mindset.
6. Fluent English communicator.
