1. Operational Management : Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics.
2. Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. Process Improvement : Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Budget Management : Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring that all departments operate within budgetary constraints.
5. Quality Control : Maintain high standards of quality across all operations, from product sourcing to delivery and installation.
6. Reporting : Provide regular reports on operational performance.

1. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations management role, preferably in retail.
2. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
3. Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and other relevant software.
4. Language : Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
5. Location : Must be based in Málaga, Spain.
