To support our Customer Care team we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – US English late shift (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office. WHAT YOU WILL DO - You will be part of a team dedicated to supporting our customers in the fast-growing US Market. - Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process - Answering customer requests (phone calls and e-mails) - Providing the best in class customer service based on a fine understanding of the nature of e-commerce business - Continuous improvement of internal processes - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including payment, customs, warehouse, and shipping to troubleshoot product/customer related issues - The training hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, between 9am-8pm CET, while the positions hours will be Monday-Friday 3pm-12am CET.
