In the Center of Excellence OR Supply (Rubí, Barcelona), we are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to marketing, data analysis, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a background in science or administrative, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English (Spanish, Catalan, and German are optional). Duties And Responsibilities - Assist in converting our product portfolio into the competitor’s. - Keep CORE database up to date for all ORS portfolio. - Initiate and follow-up ECR related to marketing processes. - Maintain product catalogs and ensure accurate information. - Collaborate with stakeholders to update content on Filestage. - Assist legal and compliance teams in managing NDAs. - Create and update training materials for internal and external use. - Manage the catalog of next-generation products and available codes. - Standardize and improve existing presentations and e-learning content. - Process payments accurately and efficiently. - Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights. - Design and execute surveys to gather market insights. - Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing activities during industry conferences and events. - Monitor workflows related to product launches and updates. - Maintain and update SharePoint with relevant marketing materials. - Handle sample requests from customers and sales teams. - Contribute to the packaging design and implementation for the ORS product range. Professional competencies - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, or Science). - Proficiency in English (Spanish, Catalan, and German are a plus). - Expertise in software tools such as SAP, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office. - Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure. - No travel required.
