  • Our Quality team, composed of 13 people, is integrated into the SHEQ department and focuses on Management Systems in collaboration with other site departments.
  • As a Good Manufacturing Practice expert, you will work on the Star Factory project, implementing the GMP roadmap and deploying the Group and GBU policies, objectives, and improvement plans to support the SHEQ manager. You will get the opportunity to contribute to consolidating GMP and positively impact BICAR’s business.

You will be accountable for

  • Assist your manager in the projects and programs led/carried out by the Site SHEQ Unit
  • Define and monitor the management system for BICAR Premium
  • Finalize the management system implementation and ensure its continuous improvement for BICAR Premium
  • Maintain updates about and interpret relevant local, national, and international legislation and regulations
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Train or assist in the training of employees and subcontractors in GMP matters
  • Follow up the Validation Master File and support/perform qualifications and validations
  • Conduct internal audits support inspections and customer audits

About you

  • University degree in Science and/or Technology (desirable in Chemistry or Pharma). Proven knowledge of GMP for the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Relevant work experience in Good Manufacturing Practices or Quality Assurance and Quality Control on an industrial food/pharma site.
  • Competencies
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
  • Official degree in Food Safety
  • Communication – Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations and reports, and to communicate in terms understandable by the team member, contractor and hierarchy
  • Computer proficiency – Proficiency in the use of personal computers

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country base pay reasonably expected for this role is 50,000.00 € to 60,000.00 €, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and other incentives.
