The role is crucial in shaping the Group's transfer pricing strategy and ensuring its effective implementation across multiple jurisdictions (LATAM, Europe, Asia, and Africa). It has a direct impact on optimizing the Group's tax position, ensuring transfer pricing compliance, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and mentor a team of senior transfer pricing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment as part of the Global Tax team.
  2. Develop and implement global transfer pricing strategies that align with the company's tax and financial objectives and comply with international tax laws and regulations.
  3. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the company operates, including the US and European market.
  4. Manage relationships and interact with tax authorities and external advisors worldwide.
  5. Lead transfer pricing audits and inspections, assisting with requested information and offering recommendations for resolving controversies.
  6. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on intercompany operations.
  7. Lead process and systems improvements to ensure full compliance and manage transfer pricing-related matters, including automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and mitigate tax risks.
  8. Act as a business partner for other functions (Global Tax team, accounting team, and commercial team) across multiple sites, providing transfer pricing advice on new and existing transactions.
  9. Manage the transfer pricing compliance of Group entities, ensuring accurate and timely filings with the assistance of local advisors and controlling arm's length profitability of Group companies in more than 90 countries.
  10. Participate in M&A processes from a transfer pricing perspective, assisting with due diligence and the integration of transfer pricing policies for newly acquired businesses.
Skills And Experience Required:
  1. Advanced or Fluent in English (both written and spoken), ensuring effective communication with international colleagues.
  2. Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 14+ years of leadership experience in finance, with significant transfer pricing compliance and advisory experience for global/multinational companies. A postgraduate or equivalent is a plus.
