In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top-tier candidates within various industries across Dutch-speaking markets. Your fluency in Dutch, combined with your recruitment expertise, will be crucial in building relationships with clients and candidates alike. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to placements
- Build and maintain a robust network of candidates through proactive engagement and outreach
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Utilize a variety of recruitment platforms and social media to attract a diverse talent pool
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback
- Stay updated on market trends and continually optimize recruiting strategies
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities, capable of working independently
- A genuine passion for recruitment and helping candidates succeed in their careers
- Be available for a 4 months training in Greece
