Role Description

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a German Speaking Recruiter for remote work. This is an entry-level position and no previous experience is necessary.

Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

You will be tasked with identifying top talent for our diverse client base, operating in sectors such as aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, and more.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid European Union passport
  • Basic knowledge of the recruitment process
  • Fluency in German
  • Willingness to complete a 4-month training program in Athens
