Team Lead for the French B2B Market

The company

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of 8 to 10 Sales Development Representatives
  • Monitor and pilot the performance of your team
  • Conduct meetings with customer as well as one to ones, coaching session and pipe review with your SDR team
  • Provide regular feedback to the team members to improve their performance and motivation
  • Master the pitch of the company’s value proposition and be able to train and coach your team
  • Present results to management and client
  • Help the company build the best prospecting strategy by communicating insights from the field and propose solutions to improve performance

Profile :

  • You have excellent communication skills in French
  • You are fluent in English
  • 5 years relevant experience as B2B Sales manager, B2B SDR manager or Senior B2B sales
  • Experienced in prospecting C+ profiles
  • Previous experience in IT software, SaaS solution or health insurance is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Having already used Salesforce, Outreach or LinkedIn is a plus, but not mandatory
